| I don't think i'd say we're leveling off yet and certainly not decreasing as the chart below shows. At this point I would say we are slowing the number of cases somewhat. Appears the social distancing and 'shelter in place' is slowing the increase. The reports of cases and deaths is sporadic throughout the day from what i can observe, so take that into consideration as well.
