Well, I have said this several times: Auto parts stores. So far, in the last three weeks, sales have stayed level. So, so far things seem OK. Will see what happens if this continues three or four more months.

Yesterday morning I had to run in to the closest one for some bearings and an air tank for a semi trailer and there were six other customers at the store.

We would entertain some more rental ground, but some that is for rent, from an operation that shut down, the owner is asking $225 for 145 BPA corn ground. And most of the fields are chopped up by waterways and surrounded by timber.
