North Mo. | as I understand cattle gain weight great for say 3o days then not so much later. This is talking about the wheat pastures, someone out west would be better info. On the fescue there is where not eating all in the winter comes into play, just enough dry matter to go along with the green. On the hay yea need it espec with something like turnips and other brassica, feel they will eat some might unroll a bit out in the fields also. | |
