What tractor is it on? I just put a ontrac2+ on a TG series New Holland and it was dragging on the plastic top ring that goes on top of the steering wheel spokes. Didn't have enough room to run a spacer ring underneath, so I ended up grinding a little bit off the top plastic ring. Works like a champ now.
