Go across the river into Iowa and drive down to Kilburg Welding in Zwingle ,Iowa ( about maybe 15 miles south of Dubuque). He is right on Hwy 61 on west side of road.Al Kilburg has the best hay feeders ever made. Some of mine are over 15 years old. Very tough and they save a lot of hay. Don't even waste your money buying any those from Thesiens or Gassers True Value.
