north west arkansas | Always crazy to me how cattle can survive in such harsh environments and that the quality just gets better and better as you go north. Several of the herd bulls that’s shaped my purebred cattle herd came from that part of the country. A good friend that use to go and pick them out said he asked an old cowboy once about why that way. He said son only the best survive and Mother Nature culls everything else out.
