what is a good brand? I do not want to know the difference. So just rip top open and pop that thing in, chew and swallow? Chew and swallow the whole thing? I have eaten some nasty stuff but bones, skin, scales, and juice ?
Guts too, I haven't been real fond of sardines since I saw that. . .
