Kill cow market is very fluid...Supply demand driven and spot priced. What we are seeing is a direct result of everyone locking the gate. Cow buyers had no supply this week. Next week if two weeks worth hit the barns price will erode rapidly. It shouldn’t because boxed beef is in crazy high demand, if if they can they will!
