Not that I know of. I believe this thing was conceived in Dec of 2008 by a group that had close ties with the Iowa Pork Producers Assoc.
Looking at the Membership Application it does not appear that the hogs had to be produced in Iowa to qualify but the owner had to be a member of IPPA to be a member of Iowa Premium Pork Company.
