Subject: liver and onions

Pittsburg, Kansas

We like it too. With lots of onions. I never cared that much for it before but would eat it. Like it pretty well now.

Funny you mention it, wife found some she had thrown in the freezer a few months back when we were leaving for the winter. She got it out today and made liver pate out of it. I guess that is the way you spell it. Patay is how it sounds.

I never was fond of it at all. Will find out tonight if I like it better now. I got a feeling I will. Maybe dip it with pork rinds.

Couple of 2" thick pork chops on the grill right now. After a night of lightning, flooded creeks, and rain this morning the sun finally came out after noon. I went for a motorcycle ride with a 70 degree temperature and we got the grill out. Maybe spring has sprung!
