Subject: Tree roots in field tile

Ohio

Does anyone have a magical solution to rid field tile (clay tile) of tree roots? We have a drainage tile that has become infested with hair like tree roots. Almost complete blockage in spots. We have a section of about 40 feet that we can not open up to clean out due to buried electrical lines and other utilities over the tile. I dont think a roto-rooter will work (even so, only temporary fix) Ive heard that you can use copper sulfate to burn back the roots. Can you still purchase it?
Any new products out there that will burn back tree roots? Any suggestions?
