Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
The current EZ guide+ units have the ability to provide speed to a Raven console without the loup device.

I reverse engineered Trimbles cable and found it to be quite easy. If you have the keypad splitter already it is quite easy to add a Raven branch to it.

This does not really address your concerns about more true GPS ports but is an easy and cheap way to get speed out of the EZ guide+.

I don't remember which pin is the signal pin but it was one that was not used for anything else. I have the pinout at work if you are interested.

If you have the keypad splitter you could send it to me and I would swap you for another with a speed branch for a nominal fee.
