Subject: Serial cable splitter ?

Centre county Pennsylvania, USA
Almost every Precision Ag box we add in tractor cab wants connection to a DB9 serial connector carrying GPS NMEA data. We always have one high quality GPS receiving antenna mounted on tractor cab roof and ONE DB9 connector inside cab that provides GPS NMEA data from that GPS receiving antenna. If we use DB9 cable splitters on that connector, how many Precision Ag boxes can we connect using that splitter and expect each of those boxes to be happy with it's GPS NMEA input?

We can always add more GPS antennas on cab roof to get more sources of GPS NMEA data, but our cab roofs are starting to look like our fence row junk yard. Neighbors and town folks can't see our fence row junk yard but they do see roofs on our tractors when they play dodge-em on highway.

Thanks for any comments (pro or con).
