One troubling thing. After the modest bolus of sugar on Wednesday night (not to mention a couple glasses of red wine which I don't normally drink) , I had a slight tinge of pain in my left knee yesterday and I was terribly tired, like I have not been tired in a long time. A little muscle aches also.
Coincidence with the ingestion of some sugar??? Don't know.
Don't know, but I am back to normal today. Will try it again some day and see if sugar affects me in the same way again. Till the next test, I'm back off the sugar.
