It was awesome. We have leftovers if you can make the trek eastward. Made 12 short ribs for 6 people and have 4 leftover. What I didn't mentioned was that I braised the meat low and slow in 2 bottles of port wine and 1 bottle of pinot noir with 3 heads of garlic and a fistful of fresh thyme.
