The $3000 ground, IMO. $80 more gross (not subtracting any fertilizer removal, which should also be figured) on the $5000 ground. I usually figure ground is worth roughly 20 times rental rate. So that would make the better ground no more than $1600 more than the poorer ground. Just rough rules of thumb.
