red river valley se of fargo | Just to rile up all the naysayers I'll report on a 32 hour dry fast I just completed. Nothing goes in your mouth period, no water nothing. Was tough but totally doable. I only drank my electrolyte water because I have a prayer service and funeral to attend the next few days and don't want to have issues in that circumstance. Anyway, the naysayers will say it's all water weight but supposedly when the body starts to dehydrate it starts breaking down fat to access the stored water. Anyway, criticize away. |
