Bloomington and Putnam IL | Hi mule. I am 5'9" and started at close to 200# and 150 is low as I get no matter what I do (lift 4 times a week and run at least 30 miles each week and eat low carb low sugar). Weight goes back on fast though when I cheat for a day or two. 155 today after running 6 miles in the slush and feeling pretty sluggish (ate some awesome pizza last night in Chicago with my daughter). |
