So I got a Blackberry Curve 8330 2 weeks ago. Liking parts of it alot. Liking checking e-mail and web browsing anywhere. That part is great. I am getting extremely frustrated however trying to hook up the Blackberry to my desktop so that I can download pics, and share my calender and contacts from Outlook. I have loaded the Blackberry desktop manager program onto my desktop. However, when I go to the synchronize tab to setup which programs I'm running, it doesn't list Outlook as on option, only outlook express and some ASCII term. What am I doing wrong? No manual with the phone, no 1 800 number for the phone maker and very poor help from my phone provider (MTS in MB). I'm stuck. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.

By the way, my dad (who is completely and forever computer illiterate) has nicknamed my phone the gooseberry! I kind of like the name.

Welcome to the world of blackberries with MTS!

I recently switched away from them...

I'm assuming you already found Blackberry Web Services, and setup your "Push Email" service?

Outlook express isn't supported, or rather, at least wasn't when I had my BB. Only full versions of outlook. The same thing for those using Thunderbird (Mozilla Mail) - unsupported.

If you have any questions, let me know... 4 year blackberry user here, in Manitoba, with MTS :)
