Rawlins County Kansas | First, make sure you have the latest desktop software from the BB website. Typically software that comes on a cdrom these days is many versions out of date. You might also need to install some drivers which can either be downloaded or put on with the cdrom.
I'm running Blackberry Desktop Manager v4.7.
Crackberry.com is a great site as Rick recommended. Every BB problem has been solved on that forum.
I'm running an 8330 and using sync on an XP Pro machine with Outlook 2003.
Edit: Sometimes it's easiest to completely uninstall everything, reboot and reinstall. I also run CCleaner before most installs.
