Me, I've had a bad left knee all my life. Played football, wrestled, basketball and softball with it.
Worked 30 years at a packing house on concrete didn't help, along with farming.
Now in my sixties my right ankle is going bad after spraining it bad in the 8th grade basketball game.
Left knee has its 3rd steel joint in it. First one was poor technology, 2nd was the best knee I've ever had but got infected and had to be removed. On my 3 one now, I hope I never have to do anything with it again.
Heart and lungs are good, blood pressure is great. Been going to a pool every day I can and swim for a hour.
Funny now my go to drink is water!!
