I don't take it for granted at all. I'm 40 yr old.

I've never had stitches, never been in the hospital, never broke a bone.

But I've got friends and family all around with serious health issues. Mom is going through chemo, just had hopefully last one today. Friend of the family is going to start chemo soon, or may have. Dad has more and more dietary problems, Grandpa seems to have sjogren's syndrome which seems like is causing much worse problems. both my living Grandmothers are one fall away from the old folks home. Father-in-law has had two heart attacks.

I'm thankful for my good health every day!
