RM#254, Canada | I don't bother going to the big job of tearing the coat all apart to replace a bad zipper , I just get a new heavy zipper the right length and sew it to the existing one . I makes your coat about a quarter inch larger in size but no one even notices . I used to cut the old rows of teeth off but don't even bother doing that any more . Then if that garment gets worn out I salvage that good zipper for another unit . Works great . |
