| OR, in QB Pro 2009 for Windows you can add previous payroll data. This ain't in the manual, so you won't find any help there. Go to QuickBooks > Help > About QuickBooks Pro 2009 then press "control" + "shift" + "Y"
This gets you into a secret section where you can add historical payroll data. I'm running payroll basic. I am only assuming this will work for you. This process IS editable. Good Luck.
This also assumes you need to add payroll data PRIOR to your start date.
