| I'm not loosing sleep over the issue but I would expect the mistake to have been corrected easily when brought to their attention the first time. Incompetence seems to run rampant at TSC. An email to TSC customer service this morning got me a phone call from Nashville and one from Salisbury. Everyone assures me that the problem will be fixed. I'll try again on Thursday and report back. TSC is one of those businesses that I don't care for but I'd miss them if they were gone. I'd hope they can get better so that I can enjoy patronizing them again. | |
