| Probably won't surprise anyone but here's my story. My parents were in Dover, De (50 miles away) and I had them pick up a cylinder of O2 at Tractor Supply. The manager was the only employee that could get it for them. When they got it home it was argon/CO2 even though O2 was requested and O2 was printed on the sales receipt. I would have thought the manager would know the difference between O2 and argon/CO2. I attempted to excahnge it for the correct gas in Salisbury,Md (35 miles away)but the manager wasn't there and he was the only one who knew how to fill out the paperwork. Yes, dumb and dumber both had keys to the gas cabinet and no they couldn't just give me the cylinder and fill out the paperwork on Monday when the manager returned. If it wasn't for a lack of good welding supply and farm supply stores around I wouldn't even deal with TSC. | |
