What are they using it for? Business, media processing, showing lyrics during the service, recording the service and/or broadcasting it, etc?
All of these things may need different levels of computing power but $2200 is still probably too much for any type of PC besides something for gaming. We do all these things and more but use Macs for everything but the business accounting software.
