From what I have read, it is related to inexperenced labors hired by US contractors and not inspecting the work as it is being completed. This was posted and discussed breifly a few pages back a bit ago. It's been in the news for a couple months now. It's a shame the greed of contractors hired by our military, they should be tryed for murder. Thanks for bringing it up - be sure to let your congressional represenitives know. One of the cases involved a Mn reservest . . . .
