Dreamweaver is good but the one thing that I miss the most is how simple it was to set up forms with FP.  The one aspect of DW that is lacking is good information on forms.  The above book is lacking also.  You can buy the Add On for DW forms but it bites my a$$ that good documentation wasn't included with CS3, like it was with FP.  Maybe it is with CS4?

It is simple enough to get the information for a form emailed to you.  It is getting the information from a submitted form onto a csv file on the server that is stumbling block for me.

Does anyone have an idea where this information can be obtained (for free legally).  Have done a few searches and what I have come up with so far is a little over my abilities at present.
