Texas | Those are slick setups and you are making steps in the right direction but the biggest flaw is it is all onsite. A fire could wipeout your computer and your backup. In my business I collect some very expensive data. Literally people pay me hundreds of thousands and all I send them is a thumb drive. As such backups are critical to me. I have all the data stored on raid 6 array on the main computer, I copy it to my laptop daily, my laptop is cloned to an external drive nightly, and my laptop is continually backed up to the cloud. I have four copies of everything in different locations. | |
