| I will try and help. Right click on the quick books icon and choose proprieties and go to the location under "Target" or "Start in" it gives you for the excutable file. ( I'm not sure what name it is maybe Quickbooks.exe. or QB.EXE). If you find it double click it and see if will load. If it works just make you a new shortcut. If it is not in that location try a search for it in your "My computer" file system using File Explorer. When you find it double click it and see if it works and if it does make you a shortcut to it. If it does not work you will probably have to uninstall it and then reinstall it as a Windows 7 version program As a administrator. Sorry but there is no way I can't get somewhat technical. Respond and tell me what you don't get and I will try to expand on it. | |
