The correct way in my opinion is you need the part that the big pin goes through, not the plate but the lower part with the slider on it. If the 5th wheel is worn out maybe you should price a complete 5 th wheel assembly with the taller legs.
Not worn out, just not new lol. No doubt will last a year or two without rebuild, but someday would need to be rebuilt, however rebuilding is cheap compared to a new plate or an entire fifth wheel. This is the cast plate, so from my research not the cheaper style. so far I have not found a riser plate for this type (simplex SE) that would gain more than a couple inches, but only started searching.
