| Tool PP on corn stubble ground that was going to beans and now looking for options on cover crop. New to cover crops in general. Honestly looking to do it the cheapest way this year as funds and time are limited. Wondering about broadcasting oats with a spreader would they have to be worked in? Also may have the option to grow sorghum Sudan grass. Can that be broadcasted or does that need to be drilled? Obviously broadcasted will be much lower yield but can it be done? These fields will likely go back to corn next year. Also have one corn stubble field that may go to winter wheat, what are my cover crop options there if any? Thanks located in michigan | |
