NEMO | No offense,,,but seriously, the situation he describes is exactly how most hay is put up in Missouri every year. As a matter of fact a lot get puts up after the stems are dry, gestating cows will be just fine on it, have been for years. Lactating cows, supplement as needed. To the OP, bale it dry if you can, if the weather won't let you, wrap it,,,this is the reason wrappers are popular here
