North of London | I do not know when I last wrote a cheque at a business like that for a purchase.
Where I would do most purchases I would have an account to charge to and then monthly statement.
Out of town I use credit card and even i locally I use the card more and more.
CC gives me a % back and then one transfer a month to cover many purchases so no cheques to write and mail.
Only drawback is sorting out purchases into correct categories for books.
So no answer to your question but cheques are not used much any more even locally. | |
