I had Cen-Pe-Co put on an old tin roof. It has a good warranty and filled any nail holes. Still looks like new after 2½ years. It's a fibered aluminum mix.
On the other hand I did a tin garage roof myself with Rust-Oleum. I used their primer first and then came back with their paint. I did it in bright sunlight on hot days. that was about 4 years ago and it still looks great.
