SCIA | check with them, as we repainted our shop roof and in ten years it needed it again. The new roof that we had them put on was less than twice the cost of the repaint and is 45 year paint guarrenteed. Looked to us like 10 to twelve years was the limit on repaint, so, can save half of the painting cost, over 45 years, by just going new. AND, no leaks, as, our old roof, at 42 years, was starting to drip a little.
