Something easy to try and it seems odd, but you may try doing a standing seed cal. Had a neighbor with a 1245 experiencing similar problems and this seemed to cure the issue for whatever reason. Also, have somebody watch the hydraulic motors when you hit the prime button to see if they both start at the same time or one is delayed.
