Subject: Pro 700 running a 1245 planter

So have cable drives with clutches on a 16 row C-IH 1245. It seems as though the left side 8 row clutches are working fine, but right side is not. The right side will stay off for , oh 15' to 20 ' down the row before coming on. This is happening when we are on point rows. When it does come on, they are coming on at the angle of the point rows if that makes any sense. when you come in perpendicular with rows, its seems ok. Not sure where to start looking in the pro 700. If both sides where doing this, could see a setting out of wack, but it is just one side. Anybody have any ideas? Bad clutch Module??? At a lost... Thanks in advance!
