| I work for an asphalt company and we use these millings in several ways. There are millings that are straight off the belt of the milling machine that can be chunky and inconsistent in quality depending on the the surface being being milled. There is also certified recycled asphalt that is run through a crushers and has been sized and can be used in making new asphalt. These guys buy millings from asphalt companies and go out and try to sell the loads as they drive around. That being said I've spread some around driveways and the barnyard that came right off of the milling machine used a 3 point blade then ran a cultipacker over it to pack it down and it held up great. | |
