He had a lot of snow that came after the ground was hard frozen. All of that ran off the hills and there was a lot of flooding the last part of March and into April. Seeding was delayed a bit until the ponds in the fields soaked in. We've gotten a couple nice rains after most of the crop was in the ground. So far, not enough to make the crop if that's all the moisture we're talking about but he is still doing a lot of crop/fallow rotation and I think he's in real good shape on his grain that went into last year's fallow.
