Dave EOh - 6/11/2019 04:15 Jim, How are you handling the bales on the in-line wrapper between cuttings? Do you seal it up and start a new row or put a couple dry bales in the end when you stop. I've been wanting to go to an in-line to speed things up ( one man operation here) but when baling 50 at a time I don't want to ruin the previous baled hay already wrapped. Dave, I don't have any 5x5 bales of dry hay to use. I baled dry last year at 5x6. I also don't want a number of short rows of wrapped bales and I hate to waste a good bale on each end. I purchased a box of endcap bags from my supplier and am trying those at the end of a batch but will leave the wrapper and continue the same line. I also am a one man operation. These bags are large. We'll see how this works. |
