Double check your firmware. There was a bug with April 2019 firmware related to glonass satellites. Paradyme would serve glonass sets but would not use them in the RTK corrections (or something along those line).
I'm not saying updating firmware will fix the issue you have when paradyme transitions from flex back to RTK, but...it may help prevent paradyme from losing rtk fix in general.
