Jefferson MA | The switch should have no effect on the issue.
I'd suspect an antenna problem or antenna coax cable problem.....assuming you are outside and have waited 5 minutes or so before you took the picture.
Check cable and antenna for obvious damage, try another cable or antenna if you can find/borrow one.
There was a new firmware load for this system last fall, One of the things it fixed was the GPS week issue, but if your system worked a few weeks ago, that doesn't seem likely to be the cause.
May have to go in for repair. Trimble no longer deals with consumers, but route you through regional distributors.
