SW Ohio | I spent a lot of time researching car seats over the last couple years. When we went from the infant seats to convertible seats for our twins we went with the Britax Clicktight seats. They are the easiest seat to get a rock solid install, it uses the seatbelt so you don't have to worry about having latch lower anchors.

For our older kiddo we went with a Chicco nextfit, which is a good seat as long as you can install it using latch anchors, it's much harder to get a good seatbelt install.
Whatever seat you get the most important thing is to keep it rear facing as long as possible. We just turned the twins around to forward facing and they will be 4 next month.
It's amazing to me how loose and wrong so many people have seats installed. | |
