How does crop insurance work in Canada? Know nothing about it.
I don't know anyone that's been paid for not planting in their life.
Can't plant fall wheat then plant a spring grain.
Can't plant a spring grain then plant corn.
Can't plant corn then plant soybeans.
Can't plant soybeans....OK then we'll pay you.
Soybean deadline is June 15 I think so I don't know anyone that's ever failed to plant by then. But wait....I think I read they've generously extended the planting deadline to June 30. I wonder if they will "help us" and extend it to August 1.
