In the same boat here. I normally seed down oats and berseem in my spring feeding area when I move the cows out to grass, but feel it's probably too late for oats to do much at this point. I'm just going to seed straight berseem IF I ever get the chance. You could also use pearl millet, but a sudangrass/sorghum type grass could kill your horses.
