You cannot force nor create demand. The new demand part of the grain commodity cycle was 2004-20011. Demand will grow over time but We are now on the overproduction part of the commodity cycle for the next 15-20 years. We will have opportunities to sell higher prices as we are now encountering but these higher prices will bring even lower prices as the high prices entice farmers worldwide to pour the coals to each acre.
obviously, demand can be dramatically curtailed and directed to our competition in South America, through central planning.
