Central ND | I do feel sorry for your guy’s situation and I know if they changed it more PP would be taken so it would help everyone with the glut of grain we currently have. BUT I am so tired of the rules being changed in the middle of the growing season how is a guy suppose to plan. What about the guy who bought extra high coverage and then bought the extra PP because it was already wet last fall. At they very least he should get his money back or still get the extra coverage he bought. | |
