We run a 865D and a 9570RT. This spring the cat dealer let us demo a 865E for a day. It was a little quieter than the 865D but not as quiet as the Deere. We didn't notice the E lacking power probably because we run the field cultivator pretty shallow in the spring. Our 865D has been a good tractor it has 2500 hrs and has had 1/4 the service calls of our 9570RT with 1500 hrs. If you are looking to plow tile the 865D would be a good choice because I have never drove another tractor with the low end grunt of the C18 not even close.
